Mail server is down: In case you haven't noticed, the mail server is down. This affects our company email as well, as all email sent to us from external servers does not get through. It also means our contact form does not work; it appears to send, but we never receive the email, and you obviously won't receive a reply.

Control panels
We give you discrete control panels for each of the primary hosting services we provide. In our experience this is a more secure option than a grand, unifying control panel that does everything.
Additionally, our webmail is available at
webmail.niner.net.
These are also available on your own domain for ease of use. Simply access them like so:
- Mail server control panel: mail.yourdomain.com
- Web server control panel: web.yourdomain.com
- Nameserver (DNS) control panel: dns.yourdomain.com
- Webmail: webmail.yourdomain.com
These addresses all redirect your browser to the above links on the
niner.net domain. All servers are accessible only over HTTPS to ensure the security of your accounts.
